Touch is one of the oldest forms of care we have. Long before massage was called a luxury, it was simply how people tended tired, aching bodies, and that’s still how I see it. The people who find their way to my table aren’t chasing indulgence. They want to move without the ache, breathe a little easier, and feel like themselves again.
I believe caring for your body is bigger than pills and appointments. Real health is proactive: it tends to the physical, the emotional, and the mental, not just what breaks. Massage is one of the few practices that reaches all three at once.
I’ve Lived It
For more than ten years, I carried chronic back pain of my own. In 2023, I underwent spinal fusion surgery, and through a long, intentional recovery, I came out the other side stronger than I’d been in decades. So when you’re on my table, you’re working with someone who knows firsthand what it’s like to carry pain that doesn’t let up, and what it takes to find your way back.

Every session is shaped entirely around your body and your day. I draw from a full range of techniques, from customized deep tissue and myofascial release to gentle lymphatic work, and bring in hot stone or cupping when they serve what your body needs. No two sessions are alike, because no two bodies are.

Custom Holistic Massage
Fully customized deep-tissue and myofascial work for pain, tension, and restriction held in muscle and fascia. Deep tissue doesn’t have to hurt. Pressure is matched to your body and your day, so the work can go deep without forcing. The more stubborn the holding, the more time helps.
Best for muscle and fascia tension, restricted movement, and focused therapeutic work.
Deep Swedish: slower, flowing, full-body work to calm the nervous system and encourage circulation, flow, and flexibility. Soothing pressure, restorative rather than deeply therapeutic.
